If you become sick or are injured due to the actions of another party
You can undergo treatment under the health insurance system for sickness or injury due to the actions of another party, as in the case of a traffic accident. Please contact the Health Insurance Society as soon as possible. Contacting us via the establishment to which you belong is fine.
After you contact us, the contractor will send you a set of "Notification of Injury or Sickness due to a Third-party Act" documents, so please submit them to the contractor as soon as possible.
