After leaving your employer, you will lose your eligibility for membership in the Health Insurance Society and must join the appropriate medical care insurance program based on your individual circumstances.

Caution:
- If you have a medical consultation at a medical institution before your voluntary and continuous insurance card arrives, please tell the medical institution that you are still carrying out the voluntary and continuous insurance procedure and therefore do not have an insurance card.
