Implementation overview

Brain examination for those who have had a company annual health examination.
These examinations can be done at EWEL's partner examination facilities throughout Japan.

Eligible members	(1) Insured persons who have had a company annual health examination or plan to. (2) Insured persons who were unable or are unable to have the optional brain examination during EWEL health check-up.* *Please use this service if it is difficult to have both EWEL health check-up and the optional brain examination on the same day due to reasons such as the examination facilities not offering the optional brain examination or being unable to make a reservation due to high demand.

Included tests	Brain examination The method of conducting the examination differs depending on the health checkup organization. For details, please check with the health checkup organization.
Copayment amount	The fee is any amount in excess of 20,000 yen.
Notes	Please make an appointment for an examination date that falls at least two weeks after the application date. Note that it is not possible to request the issuance of examination tickets outside of the appointment period, so please apply early. In addition, you cannot undergo an examination immediately after obtaining insurance qualifications or changing your insurance.
