Implementation overview

Free dental checkup (individual dental checkup)

All members of Mitsui O.S.K. Health Insurance Society are eligible to receive this checkup.

Eligible members	Insured persons and their dependents under the Society
Examination facilities	Dental clinics affiliated with the Dental Checkup Center throughout Japan
Checkup contents	Examination for cavities, periodontal disease, dental plaque, and occlusion
Costs	Free Note: Treatment (e.g., tartar removal) and detailed examinations may incur additional costs.
Application method	Please apply via the Dental Checkup Center’s website. Note: You cannot receive the free dental checkup by contacting dental clinics directly.

Mobile dental checkup (Group dental checkup)

For workplaces, offices, or branches that wish to conduct mobile dental checkups, dentists and dental hygienists arranged by the Rouei Kenkou Kanri Kyoukai Ltd. (Labor Health Management Association) will visit and conduct group checkups. Small offices may receive checkups at nearby affiliated dental clinics.

Application method	Individual applications are not accepted. Please have the health insurance administration department of each workplace apply directly to the Rouei Kenkou Kanri Kyoukai Ltd.
