How to Apply: |
After logging into KENPOS, please apply through “Vaccination Subsidy Application.” Vaccination Subsidy Application - SMARTDESK - Info Vaccination Subsidy Application - SMARTDESK - User Guide * Mail applications are accepted only when web access is unavailable or in other exceptional circumstances. Please send your application with the receipt attached to EWEL. Vaccination Subsidy Application Form for Postal Submission * If you recently enrolled in this health insurance program and cannot use KENPOS, please refer to the “About KENPOS” section below. |
Payment Method: |
Payments will be processed by our payment administrator, EWEL, Inc., and transferred directly to the applicant’s bank account. Applications received by the 15th of each month -> Payment on the last day of the following month* * If your application contains errors or missing information, payment may be delayed until the second subsequent month or later. |
Notes: |
Please have the insured person submit the application for dependents as well. Applications received after the deadline will not be eligible for subsidy. If problems are found with your application, please reapply within the specified period. |
About KENPOS: | KENPOS becomes available from the first day of the second month following your enrollment in this health insurance program. If the applicant or vaccine recipient recently joined this health insurance program and cannot yet access KENPOS, please submit your application through KENPOS from the first day of the second month following enrollment.* Please note that if you cannot use KENPOS for the above reason, postal applications are also not possible, as EWEL does not have your eligibility information. However, if your KENPOS access will not be activated before the application deadline due to February enrollment or any other issue, please contact the health insurance office. |
